November 2017 Housing Statistics Released
Dec 13, 2017 in Market News

Happy winter greetings from Maine!

Below find housing results for the month ending November 2017.  Bear in mind the sample sizes for one month are small & anomalies can occur.  A more telling report on the status of the Maine residential markets will come next month with an analysis of the 4th quarter & 2017 taken as a whole.

Other than the large pricing drop in Coastal Maine much of the same trends exist...rising volume & pricing in Southern and Greater Portland,  a continued supply shortage in Portland and larger month to month swings in Coastal Maine
